Workers Compensation Administrator
are experts in We’re seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Administrator to manage the accurate and compliant administration of workers compensation wages and claims in Sydney.
- Prepare and submit fortnightly workers compensation wage spreadsheets
- Identify and resolve wage discrepancies including PIAWE, allowances and loadings
- Verify wage calculations using InjuryMaster and insurer requirements
- Prepare and submit wage reimbursement schedules and complete reconciliations
- Act as the key contact for insurer wage and claims enquiries
- Maintain accurate records, inbox management and claims system updates
- Experience administering NSW workers compensation claims or wage processes
- Strong understanding of wage calculations, PIAWE and reimbursements
- High attention to detail with payroll and financial data
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Up to $100,000 + super + salary sacrificing
