Senior Case Manager, Hybrid

These Roles are open to established Seniors, Case Managers with 3+ years experience looking to step into a senior role or Legal specialists. We are open to either pre existing CTP experience, Workers Compensation, Life Insurance, or Personal Injury.

As a CTP Senior Case Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims, coordinating return-to-work (RTW) strategies, facilitating medical and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements. There will also be opportunities to coach and mentor junior case managers also.
  

  • Manage an end-to-end , from lodgement through to finalisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including injured claimants and their legal representatives, rehabilitation providers, and medical professionals, to support positive rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
  • Assess claims to determine requirements.
  • Evaluate and manage claimant injury needs, including handling correspondence relating to CTP benefits, treatment, and rehabilitation, and interpreting medical evidence and reports.
  • Review treatment requests and coordinate claim investigations, with a strong focus on .
  • Prepare and issue settlement offers, and attend informal and settlement conferences to progress claims toward resolution.
  • Participate in conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and external legal representatives.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Insurance, Medicine, Allied Health, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in insurance claims management (3+ years), ideally within CTP or Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Life Insurance environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to interpret and apply relevant legislation to claims decision-making.
  • Strong customer-focused approach, with a commitment to fair and timely outcomes.
  • Well-developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting case managers, contributing to team capability and performance.
  • Up to $115,000 package

  • Hybrid Working. Up to 1-2 Days in the office per week.
