Insurance Broker
HAYLO People are specialists in General Insurance recruitment. We’re partnering with a well-established Melbourne-based brokerage to appoint an experienced Insurance Broker to manage a portfolio of SME to Mid-Market clients.
This opportunity suits professionals with at least two years’ experience as an Account Executive managing a broad range of commercial risks, offering the chance to work within an established business and take ownership of a well-run portfolio.

- Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional flexibility where required
- Up to $110,000 plus super
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME to Mid-Market clients
- Deliver end-to-end account management including renewals, market placement, and client presentations
- Partner with underwriters and internal teams to structure tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing book
- Tier 1 qualification
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an Account Executive or similar role in insurance broking
- Experience across SME and commercial risks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality client service
