Insurance Broker | Account Executive / Assistant Broker

We’re partnering with a well-established Sydney-based brokerage to appoint a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of commercial clients, as well as an Assistant Broker/Account Executive to support an Account Manager with their portfolio.

- Competitive salary $75k to $140k + super (dependent on experience and role)

- Full-time hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional flexibility where required
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients
- Deliver end-to-end account management including renewals, market placement, and client presentations
- Partner with underwriters and internal teams to structure tailored insurance solutions
- Maintain trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Identify organic growth opportunities within the existing book
- Tier 1 qualification
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an Account Executive or similar role in insurance broking
- Experience across SME and commercial risks
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client presentation skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to high-quality client service
