Claims Administrator
At , we are experts in we are partnering with a respected insurer with offices across Australia. Due to growth, they are seeking a Claims Administrator to join their Sydney CBD team, offering full training and career development in a supportive environment.
As Claims Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with managing a variety of claims, helping clients understand the process and lodge claims.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and brokers by providing friendly and helpful support.
- Deliver great customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Process claims efficiently while following company guidelines and deadlines.
- Learn and follow industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Sydney CBD
- Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance
- $60,000 - $70,000 Plus Super
- Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)
