This new opportunity is a fantastic chance for someone with Underwriting & sales experience within the Insurance industry. Our client is a leader in their specialised field, and the projected growth of the business makes it an exciting time to join this reputable agency with this new Business Development Underwriting role. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Responsible for the day-to-day growth of portfolios.
• Achieve new business targets.
• Work closely with Underwriting team.
• Represent the organisation at industry events to enhance market presence
• Active participation in business development activities.

• At least 5 years Underwriting or BDM experience.
• Insurance industry knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach.
• A positive, growth mindset attitude!
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, strategic and results-driven approach.

• Salary up to $130,000 + Super + Bonus
